Booking fees/deposits are required for all treatments and are non-refundable.

If your appointment cannot be carried out on the day due to issues such as filler migration, your treatment will not go ahead and the booking fee/deposit will not be refunded. If you are unsure, please message before booking.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid losing your booking fee/deposit, as this allows time for the appointment slot to potentially be filled by another client.

Appointments changed or cancelled within 48 hours may use the deposit to rebook once only. Repeated late cancellations or changes will result in the deposit being lost and a new deposit being required for future bookings.

No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost. No future appointments will be accepted until this balance has been paid.

While emergencies can happen, please contact us rather than not attending your appointment.

The remaining balance for your treatment can be paid on the day via cash, card or bank transfer.

Consent and medical forms are completed at the beginning of your appointment.

Some treatments require forms to be completed in advance. If applicable, these will be sent to you before your appointment and you will be notified via text message.

If you have any known allergies, skin conditions or possible contraindications, please include these within the notes section when booking.

For all treatments:

• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before and after your appointment if having injectables or needling treatments, as this can increase swelling, bleeding and bruising.
• Avoid caffeine for 24 hours before injectables or needling treatments, as this may worsen swelling and bruising.
• Avoid blood thinners such as aspirin or ibuprofen for 24 hours before your appointment, as these may increase bleeding and swelling.
• Avoid sunbeds for 48 hours prior to your appointment. Some treatments may require a longer preparation period.
• Avoid retinols and active AHAs/BHAs for 48 hours before treatment. Some treatments may require longer.
• Please ensure you have eaten and are well hydrated before your appointment.

Please note: some treatments may require specific preparation instructions.

Aftercare guidance will be discussed during your appointment. It is important that you understand the potential risks and common side effects following treatment.

Aftercare forms will also be sent via email.

Please attend your appointment alone, as there is limited space to accommodate additional guests or children.

There is roadside parking directly outside the salon, although some areas have time restrictions. Additional unrestricted free parking is available on surrounding roads off Raddlebarn Road.

Please allow enough time to arrive for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and your booking fee may be lost.

All treatments are strictly 18+. Challenge 25 policy applies.

You may upload ID via your consent form. If you are under 25, please also bring valid ID to your appointment.

If suitable ID has not been provided and you appear under 25, treatment will not be carried out and your booking fee/deposit will be lost.
